Our spit roast meats marinate overnight with our special homemade chef-created recipe using the freshest and highest quality ingredients encapsulating the finest flavours with all-natural herbs and spices as described below - each has its own delicious flavour profile.
Chicken - lemon, garlic, onion, oregano, salt, pepper & olive oil
Pork - cumin, coriander, oregano, garlic, smoky paprika, salt, pepper & olive oil
Lamb - garlic, lemon, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, pepper & olive oil
Several spit roast packages are available and include homemade tzatziki, fresh-made salads and warm flat breads or fresh dinner rolls with butter - additional options are also available so you can add our signature deluxe salads, baked jacket potatoes with sour cream, roast vegetables, steamed vegetables and a selection of delicious desserts.

The meats are slow-roasted offsite over a charcoal gyros spit with white-hot coals for six to eight hours and are normally delivered to you cold but can be delivered hot if necessary – we suggest it's reheated in your oven or an even better idea is to flash heat it on your BBQ (if you have one) as it will fill your party with the delicious aromas of the chicken, pork or lamb that you’ve chosen (you can have a combination of meats if you prefer).
The spit roast meats and salads are delivered in large, stylish, disposable foil containers for ease of set up and food service – you’ll need to provide tongs, plates, cutlery and serviettes unless you’ve made a prior arrangement with us for our hire equipment - wait and bar staff are also available (see below).
We prefer to deliver at least 30 minutes before the start of your event so we're out of your way well before your guests arrive giving you time to set up – if you need it delivered hot, we suggest a delivery very close to the time you're planning for your guests to dine so everything remains warm.
We can also supply hire dinner plates, side plates, dessert bowls, cutlery, glassware, trestle tables, black tablecloths and galvanised metal ice tubs together with serviettes and ice if required.
We return to collect the hire equipment in the days after your event – depending on your location, a collection fee may apply.
A cleaning fee is included in the cost for all hire equipment.
We can arrange wait staff for your event (subject to staff availability) – two staff are normally best – one works as event supervisor and heats and plates while the other circulates the finger food to your guests – they both clean and clear as they go – the rate is $60.00 per staff member per hour for a minimum of three hours per staff member (depending on your location, it is sometimes necessary to charge another hour to cover their travel time and expenses).
If you're planning to provide your own catering or another company’s catering in addition to ours, our wait staff are unable to assist with the preparation, heating or circulation of that catering – they can only assist with the catering that we provide.
We can also assist with RSA certified bar staff (subject to staff availability) to serve soft drinks, beer, wine and basic mixed drinks but they cannot assist with more complex cocktails – you’ll need a mixologist for this. Our wait staff cannot assist with the serving of alcoholic beverages.
